The story behind the seal.

About BiteDrop

One sealed black box. One mystery dish. One honest first-bite reaction. BiteDrop is a mystery food pop-up built around making eating a surprise worth filming.

Our Mission

You don't know what it is. You'll want to show everyone. We're developing sweet, savory, and weird-but-delicious flavor directions for small local drops that turn a food run into a shared experience.

Your Reaction Shapes What Comes Next

Bring your friends, bring a camera, and keep it real. Share your first bite with #BiteDrop. Our plan is to let reactions inspire future menus and give followers a vote on the next flavor.

Mystery Never Means Hidden Allergens

The dish can be a surprise; allergen information should not be. Check the information provided before buying or tasting, and speak with the pop-up crew about dietary restrictions before opening your box.

First Drops, Local First

We're planning a first drop of 100 boxes, with the pop-up location announced 24 hours ahead. Visit the shop for confirmed pricing, pickup details, and availability as each drop is released.
